Registered Massage Therapist

We are expanding our massage services and seeking one experienced RMT to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 30–90 minute relaxation massages tailored to individual client needs (Swedish, light-to-medium pressure techniques, aromatherapy as appropriate).

  • Conduct thorough intake and contraindication assessments; document treatments accurately in the clinic’s record system.

  • Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and professional standards for treatment rooms and equipment.

  • Communicate treatment plans and aftercare advice clearly; recommend clinic services and retail when appropriate.

  • Work collaboratively with front-desk staff to schedule clients, manage bookings, and support clinic operations.

  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and contribute to a positive team environment.

  • Uphold clinic policies, privacy standards, and regulatory requirements.

Schedule & Compensation

Part-time hours available; flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs

  • Assess client conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records

  • Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients

  • Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide personalized care

Qualifications

  • Valid licensure or certification as a Registered Massage Therapist

  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

  • Strong communication skills for effective client interactions

  • Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude

  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to health and safety standards
