Key Responsibilities

• Provide a range of facial and skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs (facials, peels, microneedling, and other services as offered)

• Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations; document treatments accurately in the clinic's record system

• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and professional standards for treatment rooms and equipment

• Communicate treatment plans and aftercare advice clearly; recommend clinic services and retail when appropriate

• Work collaboratively with front-desk staff to manage bookings and support clinic operations

• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions, contributing to a positive team environment

• Uphold clinic policies, privacy standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Valid licensure/certification as an Aesthetician, certified to work in Canada

• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, facials, and skin analysis

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

• Strong communication skills for effective client interactions

• Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting preferred but not required

• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude

• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to health and safety standards

Schedule & Compensation

Part-time hours available, with flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends as needed.

• Communicate treatment plans and aftercare advice clearly; recommend clinic services and retail when appropriate.
